Don't brush your teeth for a week and see this happening
What will happen if you don't brush your teeth for a week?
There is a famous saying which goes,
Well not in case of your teeth !
what will happen if you really abandon your toothbrush ..
When you don't brush the bacteria count in your mouth over the teeth starts to rise . Specially the bacteria rise may affect your breath badly , you may lose friends cause of that faul smell coming out of your mouth .
The human mouth contains around 500 to 1,000 different types of bacteria and they need food to feed on. Plaque develops when foods that contain carbohydrates (sugars and starches), such as milk, soft drinks, raisins, cakes, or candy, are frequently left on the teeth. Bacteria that live in the mouth thrive on these foods and produce acids.
They make colonies called as biofilms . Plaque gets accumulated over your teeth causing gaps in between your teeth , your gums may start to bleed which is basically early a sign of Gum disease. because of gaps in between the teeth there is more food lodgement leading to loosening of your teeth by loss of supporting structure i.e. bone around the teeth and gums.
Your teeth may start to become loose and pain ,discomfort will start to rise.Other systemic issues like Kidney diseases, heart diseases starts to develope or may worsen the condition.
Moral of the story !
It's not important but necessary to brush your teeth.
