1. How do you brush your teeth?
Just
sweeping that toothbrush inside your mouth with your favorite toothpaste isn’t enough! There is a correct method of brushing
which you surely don’t know! Okay don’t frown! But brushing your
pearly whites properly will save your time you otherwise had to spend
in dental clinic!
Your
dentist would suggest you the proper brushing method according to
your age and gum health!
2. When was the last time you flossed?
For
many of you who doesn’t know what flossing is, It is used
to remove food and dental plaque from between teeth in areas a
toothbrush is unable to reach.
I
would advice you to use floss at least thrice a week to help those
areas remain plaque-free.
3. What do you eat?
When
you eat, you are not just feeding yourself. You are also feeding the
micro organisms that live in your mouth. It’s
a good idea to limit your quantities of food that have added sugar.
Try eating sugary or starchy foods as a treat with meals, not
something you snack away at all day.
Like
I said earlier Proper Brushing Method is always your top most
priority when it comes to preventing those cavities! Just like your
work and family your teeth needs some attention too!
